Terms of Use

• Providers: Individuals or businesses who post job leads and appointments with partial details (service area, job type, approximate budget). Private client details are revealed only after purchase.
• Contractors: Service professionals who browse available opportunities, purchase listings, and receive full client details after successful payment.

The platform facilitates transactions through a wallet system and provides API access for automated posting.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share account access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Posting Requirements: You may post job leads and appointments with accurate partial details. Private client information must be truthful and complete.
• Pricing: You set the base price for your listings. You earn the full amount minus any platform fees when a listing is purchased.
• API Access: You may use our API to post listings programmatically, subject to rate limits and usage guidelines.
• Earnings: Payments are credited to your wallet and may be withdrawn according to our payout schedule.

• Minimum Balance: You must maintain a minimum wallet balance of $500 before making your first purchase.
• Purchase Process: You may browse partial listing details and purchase listings using your wallet balance. Full client details are revealed only after successful payment.
• Service Delivery: You are responsible for providing services to clients according to the terms you agree upon with them.
• Calendar Management: Purchased appointments appear in your personal calendar for scheduling purposes.

• The Google Calendar sync is optional. By connecting your Google account you grant Pikalead a limited license, via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope, to create, update, or delete events that we originate in your calendar for purchased appointments.
• We only access the tokens, scopes, and basic profile email returned during OAuth, and we only write appointment data that already exists in Pikalead (job details, client contact, address, times, notes).
• You represent that you have the right to share this appointment information with Google and any calendar collaborators, and you remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when using the integration.
• You may disconnect at any time. We remove stored tokens when you revoke access, and you acknowledge that previously created events may remain in your Google account until you delete them.
• Pikalead may suspend or terminate calendar access if we detect abuse, security concerns, or changes in Google policies.

• Wallet Balance: All amounts are stored in cents and maintained in your account wallet.
• Top-ups: You may add funds to your wallet using Stripe payment processing.
• Transactions: All wallet transactions are recorded and immutable. You can view your transaction history at any time.
• Refunds: Refund policies are subject to our dispute resolution process and applicable laws.
• Fees: Platform fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before transactions.

• API Keys: Providers may generate API keys for programmatic access. Keys are shown once and stored securely.
• Rate Limits: API usage is subject to rate limiting per IP address and per provider account.
• Authentication: All API requests must include valid authentication headers.
• Usage Monitoring: We monitor API usage for security and performance purposes.
• Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these Terms.

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Post spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pikalead and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

• Dispute Resolution: We provide a dispute resolution process for conflicts between providers and contractors.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process and applicable consumer protection laws.
• Mediation: We may act as a mediator in disputes but are not responsible for the outcome of services provided.
• Limitation Period: Disputes must be reported within a reasonable time frame as specified in our dispute resolution guidelines.

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikalead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors or the accuracy of information provided by providers.
